Imanje „Tucina kuća" sastoji se od stare seoske kuće namještene u autohtonom slavonskom stilu s namještajem iz vremena naših djedova i baka, a koja je pretvorena u dvokrevetni apartman, te „štaglja" - dvorišne gospodarske zgrade. Štagalj je nekad služio za smještaj stoke i sjena , te za spremanje kola, poljoprivrednog alata i oruđa. Sjenik na štaglju uređen je kao četvero-krevetni apartman i također opremljen izvornim starim seoskim namještajem.

U prostoru negdašnje štale uređena je, za goste imanja, gostiona s otvorenim kaminom, masivnim hrastovim stolovima i klupama, šankom od starih hrastovih greda i dasaka, te podom od starih cigli. Uz prigušeno osvjetljenje i pucketanje vatre u kaminu stvoren je idealan ambijent za odmor i uživanje u seoskom okruženju. lz gostione se prelazi u nadograđeni restoranski prostor kapaciteta 50 osoba, koji je također ograđen i uređen u starinskom stilu, od stare cigle, starih hrastovih greda i crijepa i opremljen masivnim hrastovim stolovima i klupama.

U štaglju je, vezana na restoranski dio, smještena suvremeno opremljena kuhinja koja Vam omogućava samostalnu pripremu jela. Imanje „Tucina kuća" ima veliko dvorište s ostalim gospodarskim zgradama, sjenicom za ugodan popodnevni odmor i razgovor uz kavu ili čaj, vanjskom krušnom peći i pečenjarom, voćnjak sa stolovima i klupama te zidanim roštiljem koji omogućuje gostima da sami sebi pripreme jela s roštilja. The hayloft on the barn is decorated as a four-bed apartment and also equipped with original old country furniture.

In the area of ​​the former barn, there is an inn for the guests of the estate with an open fireplace, massive oak tables and benches, a bar made of old oak beams and planks, and a floor made of old bricks. With dim lighting and crackling fire in the fireplace, an ideal ambience was created for relaxation and enjoyment in the rural environment. From the inn there is a transition to an upgraded restaurant space with a capacity of 50 people, which is also fenced and decorated in an old style, made of old bricks, old oak beams and tiles and equipped with massive oak tables and benches.

A special atmosphere is given to this part by large glass windows on three sides of the restaurant that give the impression of an open space. In the barn, connected to the restaurant part, there is a modern kitchen that allows you to prepare your own meals. The estate "Tucina kuća" (Tuca's house)  has a large yard with other outbuildings, a gazebo for a pleasant afternoon rest and conversation with coffee or tea, an outdoor bread oven and roaster, an orchard with tables and benches and a barbecue that allows guests to prepare barbecue dishes for themselves. Guests also have at their disposal organically grown vegetables from the garden, and they are also offered tandem bicycles for riding in pairs in the beautiful areas of this area.
